Authors are invited to submit their paper on or before 20th November 2025 through the registration link provided.
Paper Format
Papers submitted to GCSESEIC 2025 should follow the standard Springer Nature manuscript template for conferences, with a minimum of three pages and a maximum of six pages.

Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished papers related to conference themes through the Microsoft CMT platform.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
OFFLINE SUBMISSION ONLINE SUBMISSIONGuidlines For Paper Submission
All papers must follow submission guidelines and will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and research depth, correctness, relevance to conference contributions and readability. Acceptance of papers will be communicated to authors by email. The authors of the accepted paper will be allowed to make correction in accordance with the suggestions of the reviewers.
Review Process - GCSESEIC-2025
Initial Review
1-2 weeks
Initial screening for research content, originality, and scientific quality. Some submissions may be rejected at this stage.
Peer Review
2-3 weeks
Manuscripts are evaluated by two reviewers and anonymous expert committee members for thorough assessment.
Final Decision
After review
Conference chair makes final publishing decision based on reviewer comments. Decision communicated via email.
